Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sales Representative - Polyolefins for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Livingston, NJ. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Compensation: $89,000 - $145,000/year, depending on skill and experience level.

This position's objective is to maximize Polyolefins resin sales within a designated domestic geographic region. Consistent with corporate strategy and business division goals, the role will focus on generating new business and maximizing relationships with existing customers. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for growth, business, and product development
  • Establish market strategies and pricing to impact customer product and profitability mix
  • Determine prices and credit terms
  • Coordinate sales contracts and solicit sales orders
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development to create and implement new sales strategic plans and tactics
  • Develop pre-contract plans, contact decision-makers, and initiate the sales process
  • Develop and sustain high-quality customer contacts and relationships
  • Facilitate and coordinate with internal company contacts to implement and reinforce external customer expectations and commitments

Requirements:

  • Experience with polyethylene/polypropylene is required
  • Sales experience is not required
