ABOUT THE ROLE: The Endpoint Engineering Manager is a strategic leader who translates enterprise technology and Digital Employee Experience strategy into functional plans for Endpoint Engineering. The incumbent guides execution and delivery to ensure consistency, reliability, and performance of end user computing solutions at scale. They lead teams in applying Agile practices to establish operational rigor, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver endpoint solutions that are secure, scalable, and designed to enable productivity and positive digital experiences. The role collaborates closely with enterprise stakeholders while fostering team development and sustaining a cohesive, high performing organization. This role sits within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) organization in the Enterprise Technology Group, which is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise End User Computing (EUC) strategy. The Endpoint Engineering team supports a global fleet of approximately 70,000 devices, delivering modern endpoint platforms, standards, and services that enable secure and consistent experiences for employees worldwide.. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.
