Over 10 weeks, interns gain hands-on technical skills alongside a broad set of professional skills - including interviewing, resume building, and networking - to support job readiness and long-term career growth.

As a Content Marketing Intern, you will leverage AI to help shape how Fearless tells its story across the web, social media, and long-form content channels. You will support both business development and delivery program initiatives by producing engaging, accessible content that resonates with our audiences and amplifies our mission. Working closely with Directors across Marketing, Business Development, and Delivery, you will contribute to content strategy, conduct user research, and create digital content optimized for performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.

  • Develop and refine prompt libraries, content templates, and AI-assisted workflows that improve content velocity while preserving the Fearless brand voice.
  • Apply human judgment to fact-check, edit, and elevate AI-generated drafts so that final content is accurate, on-brand, and audience-appropriate.

Business Development & Impact Content

  • Produce content that highlights Fearless impact programs such as internship initiatives, and upskilling partnerships to engage stakeholders, partners, and prospective talent.

Digital Optimization & Accessibility

  • Optimize content for digital platforms, including SEO, metadata, alt text, readability, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Apply accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA) to ensure content is inclusive of all users.
  • Tailor tone, format, and length to channel-specific best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, the Fearless blog, and email.

Collaboration & Professional Development

  • Partner with marketing designers, business development leads, and impact program managers to align content with broader campaign and organizational goals.
  • Present work in team reviews, incorporate feedback iteratively, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in program activities focused on interviewing, resume building, networking, and career readiness in the gov tech industry.
