Your Role

OUTFRONT is seeking a datadriven, operationally minded Photography Field Operations Manager to lead theplanning, optimization, and delivery of highquality visual assets. This role is ideal for someone with a stronganalytical background, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for building efficient, scalable logistics workflows.Equally important, this person must be a strong peopleperson and natural facilitator-skilled at building trust,guiding conversations, and fostering collaboration across teams and with freelance photographers.

You will play a central role in evolving OUTFRONT's photography operations by enhancing schedulingsystems, improving data visibility, and leveraging automation tools-including Power Automate, AIassistedrouting, and workflow integrations-to increase speed, accuracy, and market coverage. This position partnersclosely with Regional Management and the Operations Quality Manager to develop KPIs, analyzeperformance, and uncover databacked opportunities for operational improvement. With deep knowledge ofOUTFRONT inventory and market dynamics, you will shape longterm strategy, strengthen asset managementprocesses, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that support automation, scalability, and futuregrowth.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the optimization of the Photographer Scheduler and related systems, with a focus on datamodeling, Excelbased analysis, and integration of AIenhanced routing, forecasting, and resource
allocation.
* Build and automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and other lowcodesolutions to streamline scheduling, asset intake, and communication processes.
* Identify and implement process efficiencies that improve operational speed, accuracy, and marketcoverage.
* Oversee the planning and prioritization of photo and video capture in partnership with Sales, Marketing,Operations, and other crossfunctional teams, acting as a facilitator who ensures alignment, clarity, andsmooth communication.
* Codevelop KPIs and performance dashboards with Regional Management, ensuring alignment withbusiness priorities and market needs.
* Monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and recommend datadriven improvements toenhance productivity and coverage.
* Serve as a strategic partner in shaping the longterm vision for photography operations, technologyadoption, and workflow evolution.
* Guide internal teams and freelance photographers to ensure timely, highquality coverage aligned withclient expectations and campaign timelines, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to motivate, support,and influence others.
* Develop deep expertise in OUTFRONT inventory to support strategic route planning, forecasting, andproactive coverage recommendations.
* Oversee the review, validation, and organization of incoming visual assets to ensure accuracy,consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that position OUTFRONT's photography program for scale,automation, and future growth.

Your Qualifications
* Strong leadership, communication, and operational strategy skills; must be an effective facilitator andrelationshipbuilder who thrives in collaborative environments.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling) andcomfort working with large datasets.
* Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, or similar platforms.
* Experience with digital asset management systems; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Proven ability to manage complex logistics workflows in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
* Detailoriented, proactive, and passionate about operational efficiency and datasupporteddecisionmaking.
* 2-5 years of experience in operations, data analysis, logistics coordination, creative operations, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
