Your Role OUTFRONT is seeking a datadriven, operationally minded Photography Field Operations Manager to lead theplanning, optimization, and delivery of highquality visual assets. This role is ideal for someone with a stronganalytical background, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for building efficient, scalable logistics workflows.Equally important, this person must be a strong peopleperson and natural facilitator-skilled at building trust,guiding conversations, and fostering collaboration across teams and with freelance photographers. You will play a central role in evolving OUTFRONT's photography operations by enhancing schedulingsystems, improving data visibility, and leveraging automation tools-including Power Automate, AIassistedrouting, and workflow integrations-to increase speed, accuracy, and market coverage. This position partnersclosely with Regional Management and the Operations Quality Manager to develop KPIs, analyzeperformance, and uncover databacked opportunities for operational improvement. With deep knowledge ofOUTFRONT inventory and market dynamics, you will shape longterm strategy, strengthen asset managementprocesses, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that support automation, scalability, and futuregrowth. Key Responsibilities Your Qualifications The salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
