Dedicated subject matter expert for employee relations, compliance, and investigations. Promotes an organizational culture of teamwork, high quality service, transparency, accountability, innovation, and inclusiveness. The HRBP Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, playing a key role in partnering with our HR centers of excellence. Work closely with HRVP and Sr. HRD's to execute retention strategies supporting all aspects of the business functions.
