Job Function: Operations Job Family: Warehouse & Distribution Title: Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution Job Overview This role is the onsite leader of warehouse functions and is responsible for leading warehouse associates in the completion of daily work as well as being the local liaison to the global operations team. This individual will be responsible for the inbound receiving, stocking, picking, shipping and cycle counting, as well as KPI tracking. They will need to be strong in fact-based communication. This role includes direct reports and requires performance-based appraisals to be completed for each associate. Responsibilities This position is responsible for the direct supervision of individual contributors within a single department where employees perform similar duties. The role oversees daily operations to ensure departmental goals for quality, productivity, and service levels are met. The supervisor executes policies and procedures as directed, with limited authority to deviate from established guidelines. Day-to-day decisions impact the department's operational performance and are made under the oversight of a senior supervisor or manager. Effective internal communication and the ability to provide clear instructions are essential, as is the capacity to engage with vendors, suppliers, and customers professionally and clearly. This role typically serves as an entry point into management, providing foundational leadership experience. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement under pinned by the company's guiding principles and behaviors. Experience Required This level is typically suited for individuals transitioning from individual contributor to people management. Candidates are expected to have 2-4 years of experience in the function, along with some exposure to leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring or informal team coordination. Prior experience executing policies, communicating clearly, and understanding team operations are essential. This role builds foundational management skills under close oversight. Pay Transparency Details: The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
