As an Associate Client Director, you'll serve as a trust partner, bringing compelling, thoughtful, action-oriented analysis across a major retail client account. This role requires a proven ability to understand retail value chain, build client relationships, and deliver insights that drive provocative conversations. You will alsoleada team of Client Managers, ACMs, and Analysts; guiding and coaching them to support clients to analyze datathrough the use ofNIQ tools and services,based on NIQ standards and service models to ensure clientsreceive insights on industries, markets, and consumers so that they make informed business decisions.Also, you willberesponsible fordriving NIQ's CS Industry Insights mission accountable for the on-target delivery of team KPIs.

This is a HYBRID position, 4 DAYS A WEEK at client sites in the Edison, NJ area.

Job Description
  • Own CS Industry Insights mission for his/ her team through the delivery ofInsights,Analysis, andThought Leadership
  • Maintain and build productive business relationships with key client contacts. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Align with account teams to advance account strategy and commercial objectives
  • Drive customer satisfaction, ensuring the team delivers thebest-in-classanalyses and relevant and impactfulinsights
  • Be a bilingual (CPS+RMS) teamleader/strategist:
    • Demonstrate an everyday Consumer- driven marketing culture
    • Probe and provoke clients to more business questions toanalyzeconsumer behavior
    • GenerateLeads (upsellcontracts, ad-hoc, CAS) Continuously guide and coach the team inutilizingand visualizing the most relevant data for developing strategicallyimpactful presentations full of insights and proactiverecommendations
  • Oversee delivery quality and adherence to SLAs
Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in the CPG industryand/or related sales, category management, and marketresearch
  • Strong analytical mind,storytelling capabilityexcellent numerical skills, and ability toidentifyrecommendations to drive client strategy
  • Prior experience withNielsenIQ(or similar) solutionspreferred in the analytics space, including POS/Paneldata
    • Proficiencyin pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all NIQ data sources that are relevant to the client(s) -i.e.RMS,Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptable and polished in diverse settings
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • A teamoriented, detailfocused mindset paired with strong project management capabilities.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes while managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
  • BA/BS required; Master's degree a plus
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary withan anticipatedbase compensation of the following range: $99,000 - $126,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
