Director of Business Development - East Region
Overview Founded in 1973, Bock & Clark (an NV5 Company) is a leading national provider of commercial real estate due diligence services, including ALTA Surveys, Zoning Services, and Environmental and Property Assessments. We support single-site and complex, multi-property and multi-state transactions through our in-house professionals and a nationwide network of affiliated surveyors and contract specialists. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Director of Business Development to lead sales efforts across the Eastern Region. This is an immediate opening for an energetic, self-starting sales professional who can work independently to develop and execute an effective sales strategy within an established territory. The role is home-based and includes full benefits, company-provided equipment, and covered travel expenses. The assigned territory includes New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. The position reports directly to the National Director of Business Development. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships while sourcing new business
