What to Expect
As a Transportation Supervisor, you will oversee parking, valet and assist with transportation
operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to safety
protocols. You will manage a team of 30+ associates daily, ensuring they are providing the best
customer service to our employees. You will be expected to identify and implement process
improvements to enhance customer experience, particularly during night shifts, and support
program-level projects. You will handle inventory, support budgeting, investigate damage claims,
and maintain accurate data for reporting. To be successful in this role, you will require a great
amount of self-discipline and motivation to do what is right even when no one is watching.
What You'll Do
- Oversee valet operations across multiple shifts & locations, ensuring efficient & consistent service delivery
- Identify & execute operational improvements to enhance customer experience, particularly during low-coverage shifts
- Manage valet program data, support budgeting, track inventory, & investigate incidents or risk claims
- Enforce safety protocols & work closely with parking enforcement, HR, & security to ensure compliance with Valet & Workplace policies
- Provide on-site support at various locations throughout the Bay Area as needed, handling issues, enforcing policies, & resolving escalations effectively
- Lead a team of associates, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, & professional development
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-site operations with varying shifts, including day, afternoon, & night shift
- Ability to assess operational gaps & implement process improvements that positively
impact service & efficiency - Strong administrative & analytical skills in budget tracking, inventory oversight, &
incident investigation - Knowledge of safety protocols & the ability to enforce them across large teams & high-
traffic environments - Willingness & ability to commute across multiple Bay Area sites as needed to support
operational continuity - Proven leadership experience managing large teams, including hiring, training, & evaluation
- Experience working in commuter benefits & employee experience

Expected Compensation
$92,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
