What to Expect As an Engineering Technician on Tesla's Power Electronics Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the launch of cutting-edge power electronics products and sub-components. This role involves hands-on work in the lab, collaborating with teams focused on EMC, drive inverters, power conversion systems, and other power electronic devices. Responsibilities include preparing materials for pilot builds, maintaining lab operations, troubleshooting electromechanical systems, and contributing to process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure line readiness, meet critical timelines, and deliver high-quality, innovative products to market.
