Legal Client Solutions Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Legal Client Solutions Analyst for a hybrid position with a professional services organization located in Minneapolis, MN, or Philadelphia, PA. This is a 2+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $58-63 per hour

As part of the Innovation Solutions team, you will work with a team of professionals responsible for the development and support of client-facing solutions. In this role, you will consult with lawyers, operations teams, and others to improve legal case management, collaboration, and business process optimization. This hybrid role is primarily remote but requires an in-office presence on the second Wednesday of each month.

Responsibilities:

• Support firm lawyers and clients with technical aspects of handling, processing, analyzing, creating, maintaining, updating, and supporting applications and databases
• Consult with lawyers, consultants, and others to gather and understand requirements for a client-facing solution and determine the appropriate approach
• Assist with project management including communicating with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, requirements gathering, planning, and reporting on status
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and databases, including tasks like data normalization, global edits, and de-duplication
• Develop a deep understanding of firm technology and help maintain a menu of innovation solutions and services
• Provide training, documentation, and other support to ensure effective and efficient use of the solution
• Regularly audit site activity and maintain weekly site reports
• Collaborate with other technology team members to identify and implement solutions following firm best practices

Requirements:

• 4+ years of related experience
• 2+ years of experience working with one or more of the following technologies: HighQ, SharePoint, O365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Automate), Contract Express (or similar document assembly software), or No-code/Low-code platforms (such as PowerApps, NeotaLogic, Betty Blocks)
• Experience leveraging usability standards (UI/UX)
• Experience with software development processes, business analysis, and/or quality assurance
• Willing to learn new technologies, methodologies and practices
• Ability to problem-solve
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to use good judgment in taking initiative
• Ability to work independently, organize and accurately prioritize work

Desired skills:

• Experience in a professional services organization
• Experience using project management fundamentals
