We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to discover, clarify, evangelize, and build winning products for Procore. As a Principal Product Manager at Procore, you have a wide-ranging, dynamic set of responsibilities - setting the vision and strategy for Directory, working with peer PMs and their respective development teams to execute against that vision, and representing the product area from Procore's executive team to Procore's largest customers. This is a challenging role where no two days are ever the same. Directory is one of Procore's most foundational product areas: every customer touches it, and nearly every workflow across Procore - financial, operational, and collaborative - depends on the quality and structure of the company data it holds. Our mission is to give customers a trustworthy, accurate, and flexible model of the companies they work with, so that vendor data, workflows, and project assignments all tell the same story. The complexity here is real: the businesses our customers work with don't fit a simple model, and making Procore reflect how they actually operate is consequential work with reach across the entire product. Year over year, construction teams - including GCs, owners, specialty contractors, and the platforms that serve them - rely on Directory as the authoritative source of company and contact information across their projects. We are always looking for passionate product managers, designers, and engineers to join our team remotely. Are you ready for the challenge? What you'll do:
