Application Window Open date: May 6, 2026 Next review date: Friday, Jun 5, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Saturday, Nov 6, 2027 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description Faculty Position, Division of Gynecologic Oncology The UCSF Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences, Division of Gynecologic Oncology, is recruiting for a faculty position. Clinical responsibilities will include an office practice in gynecological oncology, as well as gynecologic oncology surgery and additional inpatient patient management. The successful applicant will demonstrate an aptitude for and dedication to medical education including direct teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows. The position will include clinical outreach with a focus on equitable and quality outcomes. Qualifications: Candidates must possess a MD degree (California licensure preferred), Board eligibility/certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, completion of subspecialty training in Gynecologic Oncology, at least two years of experience in supervision and teaching of medical students, residents, and/or fellows, at least two years of clinical experience in the latest diagnostic, treatment, and surgical modalities in gynecologic oncology, and have published in quality peer reviewed journals. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $131,200-$344,400. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. UCSF Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences has a total salary plan that uses National benchmarking standards to set salaries by subspecialty.
