What You'll Do:
- Support and enhance ServiceNow backend capabilities related to:
- CMDB
- IT Operations Management
- Discovery
- Event Management
- Service Graph Connectors
- Performance Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and operational metrics within ServiceNow, SQL, and Tableau
- Support enterprise discovery and event management processes, including data quality, integrations, routing, and operational visibility
- Assist with sustainment activities, troubleshooting, configuration updates, and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work management activities within Jira
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and clear communication across teams
- Support high-visibility operational and strategic initiatives across the platform.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of Hands-on ServiceNow / Service Central experience supporting enterprise platforms
- 6+ years of experience with:
- CMDB
- Discovery
- Event Management
- Service Graph Connectors
- Data Performance Analytics
- SQL
- 6+ years of experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow
- 6+ years of hands-on Agile experience using Jira
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments and familiar with Vrequirements intake process
- Experience with operational reporting and platform optimization
- Exposure to integrations and automation workflows
- Hands-on Tableau development experience
- Product-minded approach with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and operational workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
