About the Opportunity:
  • We are seeking experienced ServiceNow contractors to support enterprise IT Operations Management and CMDB-related initiatives within a high-visibility environment.
  • This role will support operational sustainment, platform enhancements, reporting, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives tied to Service Central capabilities.

What You'll Do:
  • Support and enhance ServiceNow backend capabilities related to:
    • CMDB
    • IT Operations Management
    • Discovery
    • Event Management
    • Service Graph Connectors
    • Performance Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and operational metrics within ServiceNow, SQL, and Tableau
  • Support enterprise discovery and event management processes, including data quality, integrations, routing, and operational visibility
  • Assist with sustainment activities, troubleshooting, configuration updates, and platform enhancements
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and work management activities within Jira
  • Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and clear communication across teams
  • Support high-visibility operational and strategic initiatives across the platform.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years of Hands-on ServiceNow / Service Central experience supporting enterprise platforms
  • 6+ years of experience with:
    • CMDB
    • Discovery
    • Event Management
    • Service Graph Connectors
    • Data Performance Analytics
    • SQL
  • 6+ years of experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow
  • 6+ years of hands-on Agile experience using Jira
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments and familiar with Vrequirements intake process
  • Experience with operational reporting and platform optimization
  • Exposure to integrations and automation workflows
  • Hands-on Tableau development experience
  • Product-minded approach with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and operational workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
