Summary of Job Duties:The Facilitator & Coach supports individual and team effectiveness by delivering high-impact facilitation and coaching services. This role facilitates interactive and engaging learning experiences for employees. This role also partners with leaders and employees to strengthen performance, enhance collaboration, and drive personal and professional growth aligned with organizational goals.

The Facilitator & Coach also helps identify and address development needs, aligns interventions to organizational priorities, and reinforces practical tools that teams can apply immediately. Success is measured through participant feedback and observable improvements in team dynamics, leadership capability, and results.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field

  • At least three years of experience facilitating learning and development programs

  • At least three years of experience in coaching individuals

Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field

  • At least five years of experience facilitating learning and development programs

  • At least five years of experience in coaching individuals and teams

  • Facilitation or coaching certification or certificate

  • Experience with leadership assessments and development tools (e.g., 360s, everything DiSC, Birkman)

  • Experience in additional learning and development roles

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of coaching and facilitation principles

  • Expertise in learning and development methods

  • Proven ability to facilitate groups and coach individuals

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills

  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships without formal authority

  • Skilled in applying leadership assessments and development tools (such as 360s, DiSC, Birkman)

  • Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments

  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
