Overview We're Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Mt Laurel, NJ Salary Range: $80,340 - $94,666 Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We provide a full continuum of highly effective services - for people of all ages and every level of abilities - based on best practices and scientifically proven techniques. Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, group home and apartment programs both on-campus and in the community, short-term behavioral stabilization services for children, and in-home and outpatient rehabilitation services. We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), for our Lindens Neurobehavioral Stabilization Program located in Mt Laurel, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Lindens Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience severe behavioral challenges. The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes a psychologist, licensed clinical social workers, speech therapist(s), and occupational therapist(s). The BCBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework. The BCBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing Behavior Support Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work. Responsibilities The Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans; this includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.
