Essential Job Duties
Serves a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the recruiting operation runs efficiently,
compliantly, and at a high standard. From executing visit logistics to managing financial reconciliation and
overseeing student interns, this position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive,
and takes ownership of the details that make a program look and feel elite. This is an excellent opportunity for
an emerging professional looking to grow within college football administration.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
* Assist in coordination of all recruiting events, official visits & unofficial visits
- Organize and execute decor setup
- Execute advancing and setup logistics
- Execute registration logistics
- Complete and maintain accurate unofficial visit paperwork and recruiting logs in ARMS
- Collection and submission of paperwork and receipts in accordance with NCAA compliance &
business office reporting requirements

* Assist with logistics of coach related travel - liaison with Anthony Travel
* Prepare and process P-Card reconciliation + travel reimbursement for coaching staff
* Coordinate the collection, logging, filing of transcripts and academic documents of top targets
* Oversee the recruiting operations student interns
- Weekly schedule
- Job duties - office work
- Game day and recruiting event scheduling
* Department inventory & supply upkeep
* Any other duties assigned by the General Manager
* Follow all compliance related rules of NC State University, NCAA & ACC
