The Opportunity: The Mattel Team is seeking an experienced and highly creative Digital Brand Designer & Video Animator/Editor with a passion for design, digital storytelling, motion design, and content creation across all marketing and visual communication channels. This role is responsible for developing innovative and strategically driven creative assets that support brand strategy and business objectives across digital, social, video, ecommerce, experiential, retail, CRM, and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with motion graphics, video editing, animation, and emerging AI-powered creative workflows. This individual will be highly conceptual, overflowing with ideas, hands-on in execution, and capable of collaborating with internal and external partners to create best-in-class What Your Impact Will Be: The scope of responsibilities spans 360-campaign activations including branding, social content, video production, animation, digital design, motion graphics, experiential creative, ecommerce assets, presentations, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, prompt delivery, creative innovation, and the ability to manage multiple projects while producing high-quality assets that elevate the brand.
