Clinical Manager - SUD - AllHealth Network

As a Clinical Manager - SUD, you will serve as a key leader overseeing clinical operations across the walk-in crisis clinic, crisis stabilization unit, and acute treatment unit. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in high-acuity environments and is passionate about supporting both clients and staff through strong clinical guidance, operational oversight, and team development.


What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across SUD and crisis programs, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective service delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams with a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach.
  • Provide clinical consultation and decision support in high-acuity situations.
  • Promote safety, dignity, and patient-centered care for individuals in crisis.
  • Mentor and develop supervisors and team leads, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure program fidelity to evidence-based practices.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing models, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Represent AllHealth Network as an ambassador in the community, building strong partnerships.


What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required; dual licensure or LAC preferred).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in mental health or substance use treatment settings, including supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong clinical expertise in crisis intervention, behavioral health, and substance use treatment.
  • Knowledge of managed care regulations, documentation standards, and program compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage complex operations while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and staff support.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 annually an additional $5k annually for your LAC


The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
