"I can succeed as a Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Capabilities at Capital Group."

As a Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Capabilities, you will own enterprise capabilities that power sales and marketing content experiences across Capital Group. You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap - partnering with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Leadership to understand business processes and go-to-market objectives and translate them into scalable, user-centered capabilities that drive sales productivity and content effectiveness.

You will own the product lifecycle: from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization. This includes translating business needs into product requirements, managing vendor relationships, partnering with IT for delivery, driving user adoption and change management, and continuously improving the product based on data and user feedback. You operate in ambiguity - turning loosely defined business challenges into structured problem statements and prioritized initiatives - and serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, users, and technology teams. You are the voice of the sales and marketing user within the organization.

"I am the person Capital Group is looking for."

  • You have 10+ years of experience leading enterprise product management or product strategy, with demonstrated ownership of vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
  • You bring strong product management expertise - defining strategy, building roadmaps, translating business needs into product requirements, and guiding initiatives from concept through delivery and ongoing operations.
  • You can take ambiguous business challenges and translate them into clear problem definitions, opportunity assessments, and actionable roadmaps informed by business processes, industry trends, and vendor ecosystems.
  • You manage vendor and partner relationships, including product governance, contract alignment, and external roadmap coordination, while partnering with IT and Architecture on feasibility and integration.
  • You own product outcomes - defining success metrics, driving user adoption and change management, and continuously improving product performance through data and insights.
  • You bring strong organizational discipline to complex initiatives - clarifying scope, sequencing work, aligning stakeholders, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • You influence without authority, build alignment across business and technical teams, and facilitate informed decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.
  • You have knowledge of financial services, asset management, or sales and distribution processes, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
