Summary: NRG is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst on the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) team, who is passionate aboutfacilitating,developingand enhancing products and solutions that provide load flexibility to the Grid. This position requires an analytical, organized, structured, detail-oriented, curious,creativeand proactive candidate.This person willdeterminewhat needs to be done to turn VPP performance data into actionable insights that drive the strategy, growth, and direction of NRG's load flexibility program in Texas. The ideal candidate will easily fit into a fast-paced, dynamic, creative team driven to accelerate the future of retail electricity growth.The Virtual Power Plant (VPP) team is at the core of this company's growth and provides visibility in a great environment to develop a cross-functional skillset in a new and developing area of the electricity industry.This position will interactacrossFinance, IT, Data Science, Product and with our Smart Home Partners at Vivint.
