The Experience
As part of the Experience Services competency in Professional Services, the Salesforce Human-Centered Change (HCC) team is seeking an experienced Human-Centered Change Manager. In this role, you'll coach Salesforce customers through complex organizational transformations - guiding them to adopt new ways of working, driving senior leadership alignment, and delivering meaningful, lasting change.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Lead the full delivery of Human-Centered Change engagements, serving as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and quality across complex transformation initiatives.
  • Integrate human-centered service design, behavioral science, and Design Thinking methodologies to develop and execute holistic change strategies.
  • Travel up to 50% in order to build strong partnerships with customers, project leadership, and account leadership to proactively identify barriers to change, conduct impact analyses, and develop solutions.
  • Coach senior leaders, managers, and junior team members on Human-Centered Change best practices while contributing to practice innovation and go-to-market activities including scoping and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting roles, with a strong track record leading large-scale organizational transformation engagements.
  • You bring deep knowledge of change management methodologies such as Salesforce's Levers model and the Prosci ADKAR framework.
  • You have excellent workshop design, facilitation, and communication skills - and the ability to clearly articulate the value of change strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • You're a proactive, creative problem-solver who can navigate dynamic environments and develop monitoring and measurement frameworks to evaluate change success.

Even Better If...

  • You hold a Prosci Certification and Salesforce Admin Certification, or Salesforce Strategy Designer or Agentforce Specialist Certification.
  • You have experience across industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Energy.
  • You have working knowledge of AI capabilities and how to apply them responsibly in a consulting context.
  • You have experience managing subcontractors and System Integrator (SI) partner relationships.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
