Role Overview:
Manages onsite and co-location data center infrastructure (80% focus) and coordinates disaster recovery (DR) resiliency (20% focus).

Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Lead local IT teams and oversee onsite/co-location data center facilities.
Escalations: Troubleshoot incidents and manage ServiceNow ticket queues.
DR Programs: Maintain global DR plans and lead large-scale simulation exercises.
Vendors: Manage co-location providers, smart hands, and hardware contracts.

Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure and data center operations.
DC Design: Strong expertise in structured cabling and hot/cold aisle layouts.
Resiliency: Proven depth in Disaster Recovery solutions and recovery guides.
Cloud: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
