About the Corporate Development Team The Corporate Development team is at the forefront of Salesforce's growth, responsible for sourcing and executing strategic acquisitions and investments. Within this high-performing group, the M&A Deal Team structures, negotiates, performs due diligence for, and executes strategic transactions. Salesforce is one of the most active acquirers in enterprise software with 15+ closed acquisitions over the past 2 years and 100+ closed acquisitions since 2006. This opportunity provides tremendous exposure and the ability to contribute materially to Salesforce's long-term trajectory The Role The Senior Manager of Corporate Development Operations will be a crucial part of the M&A Deal Team at Salesforce. This position will be responsible for leveraging AI to streamline operations, automation, and analytics and will work closely with counterparts in M&A Integration and Salesforce Ventures to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Success requires a candidate to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, an innovative mind, an ability to create and present thoughtful analysis, and a focus on process optimization, and operational support. The ideal candidate thrives in delivering solutions to complex problems, has an affinity for data analysis and critical thinking in support of driving business decisions, and is comfortable working with executives and stakeholders of all levels. In this role, you will be highly collaborative and work cross-functionally across Corporate Development, Finance, GTM, Business Technology, etc. to automate and streamline processes, measure, analyze, and visualize data around the M&A pipeline and prospective acquisitions, and support the creation of materials for Salesforce's Board of Directors. The position will be based in San Francisco and work out of the beautiful Salesforce Tower 3 days a week. Primary Responsibilities

The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $227,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $180,200 - $247,900 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. | |
