POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will serve as the primary support analyst for 3rd party package systems; primarily support FIIX. This person will assist in creating and maintaining standard reports, managing changes in application functionality, maintaining account/job creation process, and monitoring security access within FIIX

This person will be a key liaison between the engineering department and other departments. They will be expected to develop and maintain business SME knowledge regarding the systems they are supporting to better assist the business teams.

Lastly this person will be involved as other projects and support other areas of the business as needed.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:



  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask on both support and project items.
  • Ability to solicit business requirements from users to understand issues or document requested changes.
  • Ability to utilize reporting tools to support the business.
  • Ability to manage third party vendors and support groups and hold them accountable to meeting SLAs.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Troubleshooting FIIX application and software for all internal customers.
  • Provide assistance with training of user personnel in understanding and fulfilling their individual responsibilities in the implementation and operation of new or revised systems.
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance of packaged computer software products.
  • Interface databases to perform database queries and produce reports.
  • Design, delivery, and improvement of in-house and third party software applications.
  • Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
  • Create requirement, design, user and test specification documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Minimum 2-3 years providing analytical support for the Microsoft Dynamics platform; specifically, FIIX.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of data analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (OR equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of FIIX preferred.
  • Ability to use software peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
