The Senior Grants Administrator provides full lifecycle research administration support across a complex portfolio of principal investigators (PIs). The role serves as a primary advisor to faculty on grant management, financial strategy, compliance, and operational execution.
This position supports NIH, industry, foundation, and internal funding sources and operates within a hybrid work model. Senior Grants Administrator supporting complex multi-PI research portfolios Responsible for full lifecycle grant management and advanced Workday costing allocations (CAPAS). Hybrid role serving as key financial advisor and liaison across research, finance, and HR Education:
