Project Management Specialist

SCHEDULING CONSULTANT role with Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul (MRO) experience. Onsite preferred in Victorville, CA or Long Beach, CA as a secondary option.
W2 Only - no sponsorship offered for this position
Must haves at least +5 years experience with a Bachelor's degree:



  • Strong scheduling experience
  • Minimum 4 years using MS Project, Primavera or Open Plan Professional
  • Experience in an MRO environment


Must have: experience with resource loading, capacity loading, critical paths. Familiarity of ASAP, ALAP and ANET should be highlighted on the resume as well as experience with an MRO.

The programs they support are commercial modifications. For this role the focus will be more scheduling analysis across a profile of schedules and working with engineering on trying to smooth out their workloads.

Job Description: Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives. Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers. Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders. Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role, regular and predictable attendance is required
