Title Closing Services LLC. is hiring a Jr. Title Examiner. This is remote role. The Jr. Title Examiner supports the title examination process by the following duties but not limited to reviewing proposed sale documents, preparing endorsements to previously prepared title commitments, updating title invoices, and preparing survey endorsements. This role is essential to maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting examiners to deliver timely, high quality results to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Sales Document Review - Reviews and comments on proposed sale documents supplied prior to closing.
  • Endorsement Preparation - Assists in providing endorsement(s) to previously prepared title commitments including but not limited to addition of lender information, preparing closing service letter, updating title commitment schedules, conversion of commitment from cash to financed and vice versa, ordering additional county, and state searches as needed, etc.
  • Data Entry - Inputs and updates title information into internal systems with high accuracy.
  • Communication Support - Coordinates with external agencies to obtain missing information.
  • Administrative Support - Supports workflow management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Education, Certification, and License Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • New Jersey Title Producer License (preferred not required)


Experience



  • Experience in a title agency or real estate environment


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with title insurance or legal documentation
  • Knowledge of title search terminology and workflows
  • Familiarity with platforms like DataTrace, AccuTitle/Title
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, AccuTitle/Title Fusion systems)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)


The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
