We're actively seeking a talented Event Technology Coordinator to join the Meetings and Events Team within the Consumer Markets Division in Newport Beach, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for using the Cvent event management software to create and launch business meetings and events websites and invitations.

As an Event Technology Coordinator you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Daily responsibilities include using Cvent to manage registration websites, manage attendee lists, handle event communications, and generate post-event reporting.

  • This position requires creating and launching meeting email invitations within specified timeframes with anticipated high volume of builds and launches (approximately 20 - 25 per month).

  • Additional duties include gaining compliance approvals, supporting and training field personnel, and coordinating Continuing Education meetings.

  • Effective customer service is essential as the role involves regular interaction with management, field personnel, and internal customers.

The experience you bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience using Cvent Event Management software

  • Ability to manage multiple registration projects and events simultaneously while balancing work tasks effectively

  • Proficient with technology, including experience with Monday.com and Microsoft Teams

    Base Pay Range:

    The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

    $45.00 - $55.00
