- Validate customerpurchase orders foraccuracy(Supplier information, Payment Terms,Inco Terms,pricing prior to entry).Coordinate corrections asappropriate.
- Entry of Sales Orders, and changes asrequired; Workwithappropriate departmentsto resolve any system issues.(Logistics,Regulatory, Export,etc).Send customerorder confirmations/updates.
- Process Invoicesand correct system issues/errors asrequired.
- Monitoropen ordersfor blocks, Cash in advance payments, late orders, and other issues that would prevent an order from shipping as scheduled.Research and update asrequired.
- Coordinatethe creation and maintenance ofcustomermasterdata.Follow-upwithSalesTeam and Customers to obtain required documentationfor setup.
- Coordinatetax certificates with tax department for proper order processing.
- Research/support withaccountreceivable discrepancies.
- Process returns, credits, and debits asrequired.
- Support with Customer Serviceprojects as assigned.
Experience / Skills
- Associates Degreeor higher preferred; AHigh School Diploma with min 2 years work experiencein a manufacturing environmentusingSAPwould be considered.
- The position requires strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Excellent problem solving, persuasion, negotiation and conflict resolution skills are critical.
- Proficient working knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) in a manufacturing environmentrequired.
- Experience with transportation/logistics and exports preferred.
- International logistics operations experience and knowledge of export compliance regulations are a plus.
- Functional knowledge ofWord,Excel andOutlookis desirable.

- Compensation We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program. The established pay range for this position is $59,600 to $87,400. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
