As a Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail and entertainment location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role blends customer service and communication with a caring, people-first approach. Pay Rate: $22.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and entertainment areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd and line management, and provide directions and support to guests while maintaining awareness of site activity.
• Support closing and opening activities as directed, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and communicate with local authorities and/or emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
