Job Title: Computer Scientist 2 - Android Developer

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related technical discipline required

We are seeking a Computer Scientist 2 to support the SAS Mobile Team on the SANDLOTBEAST contract. This position focuses on native Android development, low-level software engineering, and embedded mobile development within a highly technical cyber operations environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C development, native Android systems, and embedded technologies supporting mission-focused mobile capabilities.

This is a hands-on engineering role supporting advanced mobile development initiatives within a secure environment.

• Support development efforts focused on native Android applications and mobile capabilities

• Contribute to low-level software development and embedded system integration

• Develop and maintain software components in C within Android or embedded environments

• Support Bluetooth-related development and device communication capabilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams supporting mobile and cyber-focused initiatives

• Assist with testing, debugging, and technical problem resolution activities

• Experience with native Android development

• Strong software development experience in C

• Embedded development experience

• Experience working with Bluetooth technologies and device communication

• Understanding of cybersecurity or Computer Network Operations (CNO) concepts

• 5 years of total experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field

• Experience in software development or a closely related technical discipline

• Minimum of 2 years supporting cybersecurity or CNO-specific development efforts

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
