The Senior Recruiter is a true strategic business partner to our hiring teams, with the ability to utilize recruitment expertise to effectively partner with managers across assigned departments in proactively sourcing, attracting and hiring the best qualified talent. This role may have specific focus areas, so the Recruiter will need to have solid experience in one of the following: corporate recruiting, executive recruiting, and/or technical recruiting. Recruiting in the healthcare industry is beneficial. Responsibilities
Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market. Recruitment efforts include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and developing a talent pipeline to hire talent within the business.

Base compensation ranges from $80,000 per year to $100,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
