As an Electrical Assembler III, you're the skilled builder behind the electrical systems that keep our custom finishing equipment running. From wiring electrical panels to installing conduit and terminating wire, your work directly impacts the performance, quality, and reliability of equipment used across industries around the world.

At Global Finishing Solutions (GFS), no two projects are exactly alike. You'll work hands-on with custom-built equipment, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and help mentor newer assemblers while bringing complex electrical systems to life.

What Success Looks Like

  • Build electrical panels to print, including device layout, mounting, and wiring according to specifications.
  • Provide electrical wiring for company equipment including heater boxes, paint kitchens, and batch burn-off ovens.
  • Run conduit, grind conduit, cut and thread conduit for installation, and safely pull and terminate wire.
  • Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to identify quality concerns and help implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and assembly issues while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
  • Mentor junior electrical assemblers by sharing knowledge, supporting development, and modeling GFS core values.
  • Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment while supporting overall production goals.

Qualifications That Shine

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training in electrical systems preferred.
  • 3-5 years of electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience with conduit bending, threading, installation, and wire termination.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members across departments.
