Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our Finance and Business Development teams. This role offers hands-on experience working with data, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, maintenance, and validation across systems, including Salesforce
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports related to pipeline activity, bookings, and key business development metrics
• Pull, organize, and analyze Salesforce data to support reporting, analytics, and commercial tracking efforts
• Provide support on ad hoc projects, including data analysis, PowerPoint presentations, and process improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with Finance, Business Development, and Operations teams to fulfill reporting needs and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
