Position Summary: The Finance Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to operations and leadership, providing financial insights and analytics that drive operational performance, profitability, and long-term growth. This role will play a critical part in supporting business decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader who partners closely with operational leaders to improve business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive accountability across the organization. This role will lead month-end financial processes, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities while supporting key business initiatives, capital investments, and continuous improvement efforts. The Finance Manager will help translate operational activity into meaningful financial insights and will drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall financial performance.
