- Adheres to Integer Core Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security, Management, Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Review form 10 and earnings materials for judgmental accounting and policy areas for completeness and accuracy of disclosures, inclusive of non-GAAP disclosures.
- Serve as the judgment authority for global statutory audits including impairment assessments, local GAAP interpretations, policy elections and review of judgmental areas only of statutory financial statements.
- Lead and maintain non-GAAP policy and judgment. Serve as the liaison to the business to decision non-GAAP requests from management, disposition and document positions. This includes evaluating risk in collaboration with the company's general counsel.
- Support disclosure committee communications on judgmental topics of non-GAAP adjustments and technical accounting positions.
- Leads accounting diligence for mergers and acquisitions and opening balance sheet valuations for acquired businesses, inclusive of accounting position papers and being the primary interface with external valuation experts.
- Recommend accounting treatment for complex non-routine transactions, including but not limited to the areas of revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, contingencies, restructuring charges, non-GAAP adjustments, segment reporting and intangible valuations. Document background and conclusions for the purpose of communicating the accounting decisions and impact to executive leadership, the audit committee and external auditors.
- Maintain a structured control log and dispositions of accounting position documentation.
- Maintain and implement the company's global accounting policies and monitor compliance; in partnership with the Corporate Controller to lead policy initiatives.
- Monitor the activities of all accounting standard setting bodies to ensure timely identification of emerging accounting pronouncements and provide interpretation of new pronouncements in order to assist management in assessing financial and operational implications.
- Lead the implementation of new accounting standards including support to the accounting operations team to maintain compliance post implementation. Lead communication of status of implementation and financial impact to executive leadership and the audit committee.
- Provide training on new or existing accounting standards cross-functionally across the organization.
- Participation in industry thought leadership groups and provide comments on EITF, FASB and SEC standards
- Prepare and complete judgmental accounting assessments, including segment reporting positions, quarterly long-live asset impairment and going concern analysis and annual goodwill and tradename impairment analysis.
- Maintains and owns excellent working relationships with various members of management from other departments, include legal, tax, treasury, FP&A, sales and business development.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA required. MBA preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience and a strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, SOX requirements and SEC reporting. Big 4 public accounting background.

- Specialized Knowledge: US GAAP, financial reporting for an SEC registrant, Hyperion experience preferred.
Salary Range: $ 152,250.00 - $ 203,000.00 Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package.
