We are currently hiring a Quality Engineer at our Millersburg, Oregon location reporting to the Quality Manager. This is an onsite, day shift position typically working Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM. This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering graduate with some work experience or internship experience in manufacturing, sampling, quality inspection or other quality related experience. As a Quality Engineer you are instrumental in the review of Quality Documentation for release of products to both internal and external customers from our Chemical Operations Department. This position will work closely and collaboratively with Operations to ensure alignment between quality requirements and production activities. To be successful and provide immediate impact, you will have to quickly grasp ATI's processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Inspection, Planning and union employees. The Quality Engineer will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities, have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to express and challenge ideas and convey information effectively in oral and written format. This is a day shift position and typically works on-site Monday-Friday. This role aligns with manufacturing hours with a typical workday beginning around 6 AM or earlier depending on production needs. Primary Responsibilities
