POSITION SUMMARY: The Sourcing Specialist supports the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with Recruiters to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for managing job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, administering assessments, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. The position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive hiring experience while supporting critical staffing needs and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Creates and manages job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG), ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. Supports critical hiring needs by managing the critical openings list in partnership with Recruiters, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating engagement with staffing agencies at defined timelines.
  3. Builds and maintains candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach, while researching and implementing new sourcing tools and resources.
  4. Engages and screens candidates by providing an overview of opportunities, guiding them through the application process, and assessing qualifications, experience, and interest.
  5. Coordinates and supports the interview process by scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  6. Administers pre-employment assessments and distributes results to Recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
  7. Collaborates with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, prioritize requisitions, and align sourcing efforts with business goals.
  8. Contributes to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience by participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and feedback.
  9. Provides administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team, including assisting with coordinator duties, attending local career fairs, and additional projects as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience)



  • Associate degree in related field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • One (1) year of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., UKG) preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
