Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Program Manager to support a dynamic Services Marketing Technology team focused on building innovative solutions that enable global marketing campaigns and digital service initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, creative, analytics, and marketing to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, campaign execution, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and solutions-oriented program manager with strong communication skills, experience managing complex marketing technology initiatives, and the ability to drive projects from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts for marketing technology tools, automation systems, and data-driven solutions supporting digital services initiatives.
- Partner with product, engineering, creative, analytics, and international teams to align technology solutions with marketing and business goals.
- Drive project intake, roadmap planning, prioritization, and end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate prioritization discussions with cross-functional stakeholders and help resolve project blockers.
- Provide clear reporting and documentation related to project status, milestones, action items, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate project feasibility, capacity constraints, risks, and associated costs for new initiatives.
- Support implementation of advanced technology solutions, including API integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and resource planning while communicating impacts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support subscription growth initiatives, creative production optimization, partner communications, and attribution efforts.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to align upcoming launches and roadmap updates.
- Manage workflows related to promotional campaigns, landing pages, and creative template development.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure creative assets and layouts are compatible with marketing automation tools and platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in project management, product marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology strategies within digital and social media environments.
- Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, and launch.
- Experience collaborating across business, creative, and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused language.
- Understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and digital marketing systems.
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to develop requirements documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or related project management certifications.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop or Sketch.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, analytics platforms, and digital asset management.
- Ability to adapt quickly, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement.
