What You Will Do: This role leads the strategic management of the Pure Player and eRetail accounts for the Aesthetics portfolio, specifically SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science. Role is responsible for driving and deepening partnerships with key accounts such as THG, Bluemercury, and LovelySkin, while maintaining full ownership of financial trends, demand forecasting, and contract management. A primary focus of this position is aligning supply with market demand. The manager will predict consumption volumes and receipt timing by connecting promotional roadmaps with replenishment flows, identifying proactive opportunities to optimize stock levels and maximize profitable sales. This position requires sophisticated business acumen, with a proven ability to engage C-suite executives and physician partners while navigating the risks and complexities of a dynamic digital landscape.
