YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordination between the field, management, and site conditions to establish efficient workflow of materials and labor throughout the durations of projects. Will work with project teams to develop site logistical layouts to enhance project efficiencies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Maintain a safe work environment through adherence to Rosendin safety regulations and standards in our prefab and packaging facilities and while using Rosendin equipment

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, staging, and distribution of materials to support projects

  • Monitor material flow within the warehouse to ensure timely availability and efficient handling

  • Validate and reconcile inventory and logistics data across systems (ERP, WMS, and tracking tools)

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment

  • Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and accuracy

  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights to support inventory management, production planning, and delivery performance

  • Collaborate with purchasing, project managers, and field teams to align material availability with job schedules

  • Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and demand planning activities

  • Work with diverse business units to create processes that increase productivity and reduce waste for our project teams.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Proficient understanding of the requirements of material handling in a warehouse setting

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

TRAVEL:
  • Up to 10%

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is typically low to medium.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
