JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations with proper documentation
  • Analyze Product Support financial results, perform variance analysis, and explain key drivers, trends, and anomalies
  • Maintain and reconcile Product Support-related accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit-ready documentation
  • Assist with expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
  • Prepare supporting schedules and reports for management review, partnering with the Accounting Manager on adjustments and inquiries
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, escalate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records within the ERP system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, respond to internal inquiries, and provide backup support to ensure continuity across accounting functions

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or similar environment
  • Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls, and reconciliation best practices
  • Solid understanding of intermediate accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and corporate accounting procedures
  • Experience working with general ledger systems and ERP platforms; D365 experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and maintaining clear, accurate documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to support audits and investigate discrepancies
