New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialistto support both divisional and corporate recruiting initiatives within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across a wide range of positions including manufacturing, engineering, technical, operational, professional, administrative, and leadership roles. Approximately 70% of the role will focus on divisional recruiting support, partnering directly with manufacturing operations and business leaders, while 30% will support broader corporate recruiting initiatives, talent strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, and recruiting process improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting professional with strong sourcing capabilities, manufacturing or aerospace recruiting experience, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels. This role plays a key part in supporting organizational growth, workforce planning, and long-term talent acquisition strategy. This role is 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Recruit for exempt and non-exempt positions including manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, technical, operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, staffing priorities, and organizational objectives.
Divisional Recruiting Support (Approximately 70%)
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned manufacturing divisions and operational leaders.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to support manufacturing operations, production staffing, engineering talent acquisition, and skilled trades recruiting.
- Build strong relationships with plant leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to support workforce planning and hiring execution.
Corporate Talent Acquisition Initiatives (Approximately 30%)
- Support corporate recruiting initiatives including employer branding, recruiting analytics, talent pipeline development, and recruiting process improvement.
- Partner with HR and Marketing teams on digital recruiting strategies, social media recruiting campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term talent acquisition strategies across the organization.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using networking, industry associations, job boards, community partnerships, trade schools, colleges, professional organizations and other current recruiting pipeline that meet business needs.
- Represent the company at career fairs, recruiting events, manufacturing workforce initiatives, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, staffing partners, and search firms as needed.
Recruiting Operations & Analytics
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
- Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process improvements to enhance candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting systems, workflows, and talent acquisition processes.
Candidate Experience & Hiring Support
- Ensure a professional, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and candidate assessments aligned with organizational competencies and hiring standards.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer processes, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
- Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers on compensation alignment and offer negotiations.
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, technical, industrial, or skilled trades recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring environments required.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting analytics tools required.
- Experience with behavioral interviewing and competency-based hiring practices preferred.

- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills using LinkedIn, networking, social recruiting, and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to build credibility and influence hiring decisions across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and workforce trends.
- High attention to detail and strong professional judgment.
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed for recruiting events, facility visits, and workforce initiatives.
