Job Title: Program Manager Pay range: $65 - 70 Location: Remote
The Legal Department is looking for a Program Manager, Commercial Teams to join our Consumer Group Commercial Legal team. As Program Manager, you will be part of a smart, collaborative team who handle the review and negotiation of all of client contracts. In this role you will work closely with the commercial counsels, the procurement team, legal operations, and other internal stakeholders across the business to keep our contract workflows running smoothly. You will also drive business requirements and process improvements for contract lifecycle management. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What you'll do: Be the point of contact for all things in the Contract Lifecycle Management process Ensure the Commercial legal team is supported with technology to allow the team to scale effectively, including identifying and evaluating emerging technology and making recommendations regarding tools and systems Create meaningful reporting and analytics for the Commercial team, including contract term tracking and workload management Prioritize programs and projects based on business needs, legal department needs, & resource capacity Create and present legal solution proposals and business plans primarily focused on, the contract lifecycle management and workflow automation to leadership Draft and review nondisclosure agreements from our template library Readying contracts and coordinating execution, including managing e-signature workflows via tools such as DocuSign to ensure timely and accurate contract execution Support integration of various systems between legacy clients systems and newer company's systems since that would also be part of the job. Lead change management efforts associated with CLM system migrations and process redesigns, including stakeholder communication, training rollouts, and adoption tracking to ensure smooth transitions across the Commercial legal team. Provide training on procedures and best practices in connection with the handling of contract requests. Administer and optimize Ironclad as the team's primary CLM platform, including configuring workflows, managing user access, and serving as the internal subject matter expert to drive adoption and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Experience in a lead role in the implementation, rollout and/or release management of contract lifecycle management (CLM) software Strong working knowledge of the contracting process and a solid understanding of key legal and commercial terminology Proven ability to analyze and synthesize critical legal information and terms Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships both cross-functionally and within the legal department Focus on understanding the client context and working collaboratively with key partners to drive relevant and impactful solutions Superior project and time-management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment Proven history of taking initiative, working independently, and proactively identifying areas of need and generating recommended action plans Intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated willingness to dive into new areas Hands-on experience with Ironclad or a comparable enterprise CLM platform, including workflow configuration, template management, and reporting; Ironclad experience strongly preferred Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, G Sheets, Tableau, or equivalent), with the ability to build dashboards and surface actionable insights from contract and workload data Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences, including presenting recommendations, facilitating alignment, and driving decisions across cross-functional teams Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
