Machine Operator - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Machine Operator - Onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

This is a routine operational role focused on processing incoming mail. The position involves operating a Falcon mail machine, performing manual extraction, and requires physical activity such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 pounds. The work schedule may be flexible based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate incoming mail machines and perform manual extraction
• Administer defined procedures for filing, recording, processing, and organizing documentation
• Perform routine operational and administrative work with explicit instructions
• Assist with routine billing inquiries, service requests, and customer complaints
• Stand, twist, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed
• Key data accurately and efficiently
• Perform simple scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance functions on equipment

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience with general office skills
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 20 pounds
• Works well with others in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in 10-Key with a high degree of speed and accuracy
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail

Desired skills:

• College degree
• Basic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulations
• Basic understanding of accounting principles or loan documentation
