AI Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is focused on designing and developing intelligent, agentic AI solutions within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on AI developer with strong system-level thinking and practical problem-solving abilities, responsible for building, integrating, and optimizing intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern AI development frameworks. This position emphasizes practical execution, innovation, and strong engineering intuition to deliver scalable, production-grade AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Build, integrate, and optimize intelligent agents and automation solutions
• Design agentic workflows and integrate enterprise systems
• Enable AI-driven automation in collaboration with architecture, platform, and business teams
• Work across platforms to deliver innovative, production-grade AI capabilities

Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate / Power Platform, or Python-based AI/agent development
• Solid understanding of AI/LLM concepts, agentic workflows, and automation patterns
• Experience working with APIs, connectors, and system integrations
• Strong system-level thinking and ability to design holistic solutions
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, practical judgment, and a common-sense engineering approach
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
