Treasury Services Manager

General Description:

This full-time position is responsible for leading and supporting the Bank's Treasury Services function through business development, operational oversight, product management, and customer support activities. The Treasury Services Manager will work closely with relationship officers and business customers to identify, implement, and support Treasury Management products and services designed to strengthen customer relationships, support deposit growth, and enhance profitability. This role will also oversee daily Treasury Services operations, supervise department staff, ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, and assist with the development and enhancement of Treasury Management products and services. The position will play a key role in managing services such as ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Lockbox, and Online Banking while also supporting training initiatives, risk management efforts, and process improvements across the department.

Skills and Characteristics for Applicants:

The qualified individual should possess strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, banking operations, and related state and federal banking regulations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships while supporting internal teams and department initiatives. The successful candidate should also possess strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Treasury Services operations, risk assessment, product implementation, and business development is strongly preferred.

Educational Requirements:

The qualified candidate should possess an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or university, with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred. Candidates should also possess a minimum of ten years of related experience in Treasury Management, cash management, banking operations, business development, or financial services, including prior supervisory experience. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
