Role Overview We think of exceptional event marketers as Experience Architects: people who thoughtfully design the environments, systems, and experiences that help relationships and business opportunities grow. It's a dynamic role where no two weeks look exactly alike. We're hiring an Event Marketing Manager (Experience Architect), and we're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, relationship management, and operational excellence. Not someone who just executes a checklist, but someone who can hold the big picture and the smallest logistical detail at the same time. The role covers our event marketing programs end-to-end: trade shows, executive dinners, partner events, client-facing programs, and internal offsites. Beyond execution, you'll also help build and improve the operational infrastructure behind those programs, including the workflows, documentation, and systems that support a scaling marketing team. We're looking for someone curious, adaptable, and proactive. Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, takes ownership seriously, and tends to leave systems better than they found them. This role leads event marketing strategy and execution across trade shows, partner programs, executive engagements, and internal events while also owning the operational systems and processes that support a scaling marketing organization.
