Overview The Operations Project Manager supports Cotiviti's Retrieval Operations team with new technology initiatives, triage of system issues, client onboarding, process improvement, and general day to day or larger scale projects to ensure the overall success of the department and the revenue the team supports. This role will develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, etc. Will also identify and manage project dependencies and critical path and track project milestones and deliverables. This role also serves as a project lead for key initiatives. Cotiviti enables healthcare organizations to deliver better care at lower cost through advanced technology and data analytics, helping to ensure the quality and sustainability of how healthcare is delivered in the United States. We work with more than 180 healthcare payers, including all of the top 25 plans in the United States, to deliver higher-performing payment accuracy, risk adjustment, quality improvement, network and clinical analytics, and consumer engagement programs. We take in billions of clinical and financial data points, analyze them, and help our clients discover ways they can improve efficiency and quality. In addition, Cotiviti supports the retail industry with audit and recovery services in order to increase efficiency and maximize profitability. Responsibilities We are hiring for a Project Management role embedded within our Project Management / Process Improvement Program. While this role requires a solid foundation in traditional project management skills, we are also looking for a specific area of focus: Executing process improvement initiatives and driving change management efforts across retrieval. Base compensation is $60K - $85K. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
